What The Heck is “Bikini Project”?

Many always people ask me “What is Bikini Project?”…

And for a long time I didn’t know how to explain it.

The only thing I knew was that I had a passion for fitness/living healthy, travelling and always making sure I look good in a Bikini. ;p The trips were planned, but the idea of recording the trip came spontaneously.

At first, it all was unclear in my head exactly how and what I should present. So I just dived in.

I got a camera, an editor, and created a YouTube channel.

Then, every week, I uploaded videos of my daily worldwide adventures: the sights and sounds of each region, what I ate, and how I exercised.

Because I didn’t have a model to follow, and nothing was clear in my head on what to do, I kinda just let things flow.

To be honest, it wasn’t the perfect time or perfect moment to get started at the time, because the project wasn’t “done” yet. However, I truly believe…

There’s no such a thing as the perfect time and moment.

Whenever you believe in something, even if isn’t clear and planned out, you just have to trust your gut. Just go on, take the steps, and run with it!

Sure, I still doubt myself sometimes (we all do sometimes, right?). The fear of failure and what others will think, haunts even the greatest minds out there.

But we can’t let that stop us. And it didn’t stop me.

Now, I’m more excited than ever about Bikini Project. After 23 countries, it’s still developing. With each video, I think of ways to make it more exciting and informative for my viewers.

It’s all clear to me, now. And as they say, “Clarity is power”.

Yes, after 2 seasons and 23 countries visited and recorded all on my YouTube channel, Bikini Project finally has an identity.

It all comes down to showing you how to find fun adventures and stay fit and healthy, wherever you are.

Being healthy and “living in the moment are not mutually exclusive.
In fact, you have to be healthy and strong to travel the world and make unforgettable memories.
The bottom line: It is possible to have it all. You can stay healthy and strong and fit, and also have amazing adventures. You can say yes to parties, eat local food, and live in the moment while traveling. adventure

You just have to do it all in balance.

What you can expect to the next Season of Bikini Project ?

Just so you guys know, next season ticket planes are already bought! YAY!

Expect detailed explanations on food intake, nutritional values, Exercise Tips, training programs, calories expenditure, and explanations on regional history and current events. And of course this all spells: A.D.V.E.N.T.U.R.E. !!
